Retinoblastomul reprezinta, din punct de vedere genetic, un model de exprimare a genelor supresoare ale tumorilor.

Lucrarea de fata incearca sa prezinte citeva elemente ale mecanismelor genetice care stau la baza aparitiei si transmiterii ereditare a bolii.

De asemenea lucrarea incearca sa raspunda unor intrebari privind riscul pe care il au rudelor pacientului de a face boala.

Retinoblastoma is a genetic expression model of the tumors suppressor genes.

This study points the most important elements of the genetic mechanisms which governs retinoblastoma's apparition and remittance.

It would also try to cover questions about the risk of patient's relatives to get retinoblastoma.
